For the first time ever, the BA Women’s Alliance is excited to announce that we’ll be co-hosting a multi-day virtual Dare to Lead™ workshop available for all members of our community—that means YOU! This isn’t the first time we’ve shared Dare to Lead™ opportunities with our community… in fact, we hosted a one-hour workshop last November, and this summer’s EmpowHER program was infused with these courage building concepts!

By participating in this exclusive BA Women opportunity this fall with our partners at Anavo Solutions, you’ll learn tangible skills that will transform you into the daring leader you’ve always wanted to be.

We hope you’ll join us for the newest exciting journey in BA Women’s Alliance’s history, and become the courageous leader our world needs along the way.

About The Dare To Lead™ Program

Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage building program designed to be facilitated by organizational development professionals.

The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage building skills through workshops, trainings, and coaching to help individuals, teams, and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership.
